Built in Neo-Manueline style, a 19th century revivalism of the unique Portuguese late-gothic Manueline, this remarkable station and monument, from 1891 has been listed as a building of public interest since 1971. It’s the city most central train station and connects Lisbon to Sintra a stunning protected natural park with fairy tail palaces "popping out" of the forest.
